Terms and Conditions for a reservation

How can I make a reservation?

1/ Use the online form for a reservation on our web site, send us a mail to hotel@parkhotelgoldenbeach.com or call us at +359 52 355101;

2/ After we receive your request we will send you a confirmation upon availability with a price offer;

3/ 50% of the total amount due for the confirmed reservation should be paid within 7 days;

3.1/ If there are less than 7 days untill the arrival date you should pay at the first possible working day after the confirmation of the reservation;

Cancellation policy

1/ We have a 7 day free cancellation policy;

2/ In case of a cancellation of the reservation between 6 and 0 days, you will be charged a penalty fee in the amount of the sum of your first night’s accommodation;

3/ In case of no show the reservation will be cancelled automatically and you will be charged a penality fee in amount of the price of a one night stay;

4/ In case of earlier check out the paid amount will not be refunded;

Claims

1/ Claims are accepted only during the stay of the guests or at latest on the day of the departure. After that no claims are accepted.
